No. You can book and pay as a guest. You get a booking number to track the service. With an account, you can save your cars and addresses and see your booking history.
The price depends on the oil type and any extras. Prices include VAT (15%), and the review step shows how much of the total is VAT. The price will not change after you confirm.
Where your car is parked: at home, at work or in a parking lot. You set the exact place on the map.
Yes. In the Time step, choose Now or pick a day and time.
By card (mada or Visa) or Apple Pay, on a secure payment page right after you book. We do not take cash, and Google Pay is coming soon.
Yes, from the booking status page. You can cancel a booking for now within 10 minutes of booking. You can cancel a scheduled booking up to 1 hour before the booked time.
